I have problems with TMJ. TMJ causes quite a bit of pain and muscle spasm in the area of the neck and jaw line, often time the spasms become so intense that they cause sever migraine headaches. In my case the headaches would be so bad that nausea would set in and that would be followed by vomiting. For me these symptoms would be caused by physical activity. I played basketball 3-4 times per week; needless to say I had to give up my form of exercise. I started to look for analgesic balms to relieve my problem. My husband is a truck driver who has to jump up and down off the back of his truck all day long and just to climb to the cab of the truck is a long way up. Well consequently over the years his knees gave out, they got so bad he finally had to go to an orthopedic surgeon who treated him with different techniques and finally told him he couldn’t do anything more for him, and that my husband would be back in three months time for knee replacement surgery. Emu Man Medicated Oil is great. Recently I woke up in sever pain from a pinched nerve in my neck. The oil was very soothing and warm and really helped those muscles. Before when I have used things like “Ben Gay” for the same kind of pain, the heat produced by the product puts me in more pain than the ailment. Emu Man Oil is not like that.

I am a 65 year old female with a diagnosis of restless leg syndrome with sever nocturnal myoclonus, and fibro-myalgia. In addition to using prescription pain medication, I’m sure you’re not surprised when I tell you that I have used every muscle pain relieving cream and balm on the market that I know of. Just wanted you to know how well the Pure Emu Oil works. My mother is 84 years young and she has had quite a bout with skin cancer. She had surgery on her lower eyelid, in the corner of her eye, on her cheek and a skin graft on her nose. After surgery we put aloe and the pure oil on her incisions and when they burn her cancer spots, in 24 hours the healing looks as if it were a week old and almost healed. The doctors are always pleased with her healing especially with her skin being so thin. After we apply the oil the pain leaves and her skin is so soft. We never use any of the salve the doctor gives us as we know it just does not do the same healing.

I had to write and let you know that my friend loaned me his bottle of Emu Lyptus, recently when I was suffering from an upper respiratory infection. He told me to spray it on my chest and just rub it in. Wow! I couldn’t believe the results. I could feel the Emu and eucalyptus oils penetrating deep into my chest and throat area. The great thing about it was I didn’t have any greasy residue on my skin like some other chest rubs.
Also, I liked the smell. The vapors helped clear my sinuses, and in fact I took a little Emu Lyptus and rubbed it under my nose. I continued to use it for a couple of days to help loosen all the congestion in my chest and it was very effective. Emu Lyptus is the best! |

The ladies at the doctor’s office were experiencing pain, burning, and blistering with radiation treatment for Breast Cancer. I decided to try, Pure Emu Oil on the area I was receiving radiation. I applied it immediately after treatment, later in the day and at night before I went to bed. The area that was receiving the radiation was darker in color but I never burned or blistered. Yes - I use the Medicated Emu Oil! I have arthritis all over my body. Have had a complete hip replaced and carry a four prong cane. I almost crawled into out beauty shop here and was asked if I would allow my operator to use the oil on my shoulders and both my knees. By the time I got out from under the dryer I could walk by myself and raise both arms above my head. I have also noticed that my hands and nails are in better shape than they have been for a long time. Cuts also heal much faster since I use the oil.

Recently, my wife injured her foot one evening when she accidentally got it caught underneath the leg of my chair. Because she was barefoot the pain was extremely agonizing. As soon as I realized what had happened, instead of going to get ice to prevent swelling, I ran to the medicine cabinet and got the Emu Lyptus and began to immediately spray her foot and rub it in. She was incredulous that I was doing this and even sarcastically questioned my judgment, but within a few minutes the pain had left and she was able to walk around. Before going to bed, we put some more Emu Lyptus on her foot and in the morning when she got up her injury showed no signs of swelling or bruising. It was like nothing had ever happened. I just wanted to let you know that I purchased a bottle of Emu Lyptus for my dad. He has a rare type of arthritis in his neck which affects his vision. Because he continuously has to take medication for the inflammation and pain, I wanted him to try something natural without side effects. Since using Emu Lyptus, he’s been able to reduce the amount of medication he takes. He rubs it on the back of his neck at night before going to bed and once or twice during the day. Medicated Emu Oil takes the pain away. My arthritis is bad enough that I am confined to a wheel chair. It is the best stuff I have ever used. After a few days it the oil has built up and the pain does not come back as fast.

Dear Gene,
When I read your column "Think About It" in the Oct. 5 issue of Ratite
Marketplace, I became extremely upset. I refer to your statement that
people have phoned you to imply the facts about emu oil are "hipe" and the purpose is to "Keep the hopes up for suckers raising the
birds." Well, the only "suckers" are those who are shooting off their
mouths and thereby are proving that they have never even tried the oil.
I have worked as a registered nurse for the past thirty-one years
and am currently working part-time as an occupational health nurse for
a large internationally known company. My husband is an emu farmer
(Emu Ridge Ranch) in Worth County, Georgia. I decided to try
pure emu oil myself to see what it was like, and, if I thought it was a
worthwhile product, maybe keep some for clients at the farm. (In
January I had tried an arthritic cream and body lotion with an emu
oil base. It was o.k ., but not outstanding.) Well!! My first box of
medicated Emu Oil from Emu Man arrived August 1st along with other
body care products, and let me tell you that oil is the best - fastest
acting - longest lasting medication for temporary relief of pain due to
an inflammation process that I have seen in thirty-one years of nursing.
I have used the oil at work with results I would not have believed
1 had I not seen them myself. We had a worker's compo case come into
Health Services whose shoulder had been injured nine months previously.
He was still under a doctor's care and still receiving physical
therapy. The employee stated he thought he would have to go home
as he had so much pain in his injured shoulder and had bursitis in
the opposite shoulder from "over compensation". The heat index was
over 100 degrees plus and he could not bring his hand up high enough
to wipe the sweat from his face. I took him into the treatment room
and asked him if I could try some out thing new on him. He stated he
would try anything that might help because he did not want to lose
work. I used the eye dropper and dropped oil over the painful areas,
then spread it around. In less than five minutes he was experiencing
pain relief. In less than ten minutes he had complete range of motion in
the injured arm/shoulder. He could hardly believe it himself!
Our cleaning lady in the department has had arthritic knees with
very painful episodes for the five years I have worked in this plant.
The first day I had the oil I applied three drops to each of her knees (she
was wearing a brace on one as she was unable to tolerate full weight
bearing pressure on it without it). In approximately five minutes, this
lady experienced pain relief and was able to bear full weight on both
knees. She began using the oil daily on an "as needed" basis, discontinued
using her prescription oral medication, and, after using it for four
weeks, was able to discontinue its use fully for the fifth week. After
that week she started having some pain' and resumed using the oil as
needed. She swears by it and states, "The Lord sure answered my prayers
when you brought that emu oil to work."
Gene, this is but two of my clients/patients. I could tell you many, many
more stories about the oil, the looks of surprise on people's faces when
they realize their pain is gone, (l can't believe it. Nothing works that
fast!") and the good feeling I get inside knowing that I have helped
them .obtain a more comfortable mode of daily living through introducing
them to medicated emu oil. This is not hype - this is real.
Incidentally, as of Oct. 14th, I have sold 124 bottles of Emu Man
medicated emu oil without really trying. Put it on someone in pain or
discomfort and it sells itself. I am not knocking other brands; I have
not tried their medicated oils. This brand I know and stand behind
100%. With all the pathological conditions the company has listed as
the oil being of therapeutic use for I and with all the conditions my customers
have told me they have found it useful for , it is truly a "medicine
cabinet in a bottle."
So, if those suckers want to continue to hurt and yell, "hipe" , then
let them. Me, I'll continue to use my medicated emu oil. Who is the real
sucker?
